异丙醚 Diisopropyl Ether (Isopropyl Ether, DIPE)

异丙醚（DIPE）是无色透明、流动性好的易燃液体，具有醚类特殊气味；是由两个异丙基通过醚键连接的无环醚（(CH3)2CHOCH(CH3)2）。微溶于水（约 9 g/L，20 ℃），可与乙醇、乙醚、苯、氯仿、丙酮、异丙醇等多数有机溶剂混溶；能与水、异丙醇、丙酮等形成共沸物。在中性/碱性条件下较稳定，酸性条件下醚键易水解断裂。

Diisopropyl ether (DIPE) is a colorless, clear, free-flowing flammable liquid with a characteristic ethereal odor; an acyclic ether of two isopropyl groups ((CH3)2CHOCH(CH3)2). Slightly soluble in water (~9 g/L at 20 C), miscible with ethanol, ether, benzene, chloroform, acetone, isopropanol and most organic solvents; forms azeotropes with water, isopropanol and acetone. Fairly stable under neutral/basic conditions; the C-O ether bond hydrolyzes readily under acidic conditions.

本品最危险的特性是长期储存或受空气、光照、受热后易生成爆炸性过氧化物（EUH019/R19），因此商品均添加抗氧化剂类稳定剂（BHT 或氢醌）。工业上主要由异丙醇在酸催化（硫酸或阳离子交换树脂）下脱水制得。主要用途：制药工业中青霉素等抗生素的萃取溶剂、生物碱（尼古丁）提取；油品脱蜡溶剂；乙酸/丁酸稀溶液的浓缩回收；湿法腈纶工艺中硫氰酸钠的萃取剂；电子工业光刻胶稀释与半导体清洗；气相/液相色谱标准物质；亦可作为高辛烷值汽油添加剂。

Its most hazardous feature is the tendency to form explosive peroxides on prolonged storage or exposure to air, light and heat (EUH019/R19), so commercial grades are stabilized with antioxidants (BHT or hydroquinone). Industrially produced mainly by dehydration of isopropanol under acid catalysis (sulfuric acid or cation-exchange resin). Main uses: extraction solvent for antibiotics such as penicillin and for alkaloids (nicotine) in pharma; dewaxing solvent for paraffin-base oils; recovery/concentration of dilute acetic/butyric acid; extractant for sodium thiocyanate in wet-process acrylic fiber; photoresist diluent and semiconductor cleaning in electronics; GC/LC standard; high-octane gasoline additive.
